There is also an Item type tag that has three items; single item, user–defined (identifies what you want to pick), and hidden. Choose on the Single item and tick the box Required to Make it required since someone has to pay the money.

This is the last step of the guide where after completing your form and customizing it your preferences and how you want it to look like, you proceed to add it to the page/ pages you want it to appear on.
To add the form to a page, you can use different approaches;
You can use the shortcode widget by simply going to any page that you want your form to appear and searching for the shortcode widget, pasting it, and adding the shortcode you created.

WPForms is also a relatively affordable plugin and one can use the lite version which is free if you don’t have funds to purchase the pro version.
